We want you to love your purchase — but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning an item.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is unused, in original packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories intact
You have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice)
⚠️ Items that are custom-made, personalized, or on final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return:
Contact us at care@jamalestore.com within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number, product details, and photos (if damaged or incorrect)
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and pickup or drop-off details
Returns must be shipped back within 3 days after approval.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
Alternatively, we can issue store credit or exchange the item (your choice)
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or engraved jewelry
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items on clearance/final sale
Gift cards or promotional items
If you received a product that is broken, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund.
If you'd like to exchange for a different size, color, or style, contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
This policy follows the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and the UAE e-commerce framework. Your rights as a consumer are protected under these regulations.
